Division of Discipleship
The Division of Discipleship is the heartbeat of spiritual growth at WOLT. This division equips believers through teaching, training, and evangelism to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Through Sunday School, Bible Study, and outreach ministries, discipleship fosters deep roots in the Word, cultivates accountability, and empowers believers to multiply their faith in others.

The Division of Fellowship creates vibrant spaces for authentic relationships, encouragement, and connection. It focuses on building community within the church through group ministries such as Women’s, Men’s, Youth, Children, Singles, and Seniors ministries, as well as Hospitality and Food Service. This ship ensures that no one walks alone and that every member finds their place in the family of faith.

The Division of Friendship is the arm of compassion and care within WOLT. Rooted in servanthood and love, this division manages ministries that welcome, serve, and support the needs of the church and wider community. From ushers to transportation, food banks to scholarships, this ship builds bridges of kindness and extends the heart of Christ to all.

The Division of Worship sets the spiritual atmosphere of the house. This division leads the congregation into the presence of God through music, media, the arts, and sacred expression. Whether through praise teams, choirs, musicians, drama, dance, or technology, the Worship ship ensures that every gathering is an invitation to encounter God deeply, creatively, and reverently.
